Funeral services were held last week at Dubuque for Frank T. Suchanek, 75, who passed away Sunday, August 16, 1953. Mr Suchanek lived in Postville a number of years ago.
Mr. Suchanek was born January 12, 1878 at LaCrosse, Wisconsin, and moved to Dubuque 26 years ago after having lived for several years here [Postville, Iowa]. He was a member of the Julien Lodge, Independent Order of Odd Fellows, and the Dubuque Rebekah Lodge.
Surviving are a son, Frank Suchanek, Jr. of Dubuque; two brothers, Jacob of East Moline and John of Caledonia.
