William T. Noonan, 43, of 2135 Greet St. died at 12:15 p.m. Sunday in Mercy Medical Center. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Anthony’s Church, with burial in Linwood Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at Behrs, where the Scripture Wake Service will be held at 8 p.m. Mr. Noonan was born in Garryowen, Ia., and was foreman of the city landfill operation. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 421. Surviving are his wife, the former Shirley Menadue; three daughters, Mrs. John (Cindy) Pitzer and Mrs. Thomas (Sandi) Woods, both of Dubuque, and Amy Sue, at home; a son, Scott A., at home; two grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Mary (Dodds) Noonan of Dubuque; four sisters, Mrs. H. J. (Veronica) Vandermillen and Mrs. Raymond (Kathleen) Keating, both of Dubuque, Mrs. Loretta Ringgold of Chicago and Mrs. Robert (Louise) Nezensky of Maywood, Ill., and three brothers, Clarence C. Noonan of Braidwood, Ill., Raymond X. Noonan of Dubuque and Frank D. Noonan of Peosta
