Ed. W. Duncan and George Martin exchanged property, yesterday, to the amount of $5,000. Mr. Martin traded Mr. Duncan his double house on Twelfth Street, a house on Fourteenth Street, and five hundred dollars in cash, for Mr. Duncan’s residence on bluff.
