TORBERT-ROCKWELL-At Utica, New York, on the 20th inst. By the Rev. P. H. Fowler, D. D., G. L. Torbert, of Dubuque, to Miss Margarette K., daughter of James Rockwell.

HYMENAL-A glance at the marriage notices this morning will show are readers that Mr. G. L. Torbert has surrendered at last and allowed himself to be led a willing victim to the altar of hymen. We congratulate Mr. Torbert upon the step he has taken and venture to assert beforehand that it will prove the most profitable risk he has ever bargained for.
