Last Thursday evening Rev. A. W. Ringland united in marriage C. E. Dow and Mrs. Rose Jolly, of West Hills. The friends of the happy couple wish them a full measure of the joys of life, and we add the hope that it may be many more years before the bride may have to need to assert her right of Dow-er. By the way, we may say to all young folks who are anxious to get married, go to West Hill. Within the past winter, six marriages have taken place in which one or both parties lived there. The grooms have all carried the girls away to shed the sunshine of their happy faces upon strangers, except John Collins, who settled down snuggly in his own house on the Hill with his little wife and intends to be as happy as a worthy, industrious, honest, young married man should be.
