REAL ESTATE SALE-Last Sunday Mr. C. H. McArthur purchased the fine residence and grounds of Mrs. Chamberlain on Fenelon Street, paying therefore the sum of $5,250. When the beauty and natural surrounding are taken into consideration it is cheap, and Mr. McArthur may congratulate himself on securing such a bargain.
