REAL ESTATE SALE – Last Wednesday, Mr. H. S. Hetherington sold his residence on Walnut Street Bluff, to the well-known wholesale grocery merchant, W. H. Rumpf, for the goodly sum of $9,500, cash down. Mr. Rumpf intends to improve the residence immediately, by putting on an addition nearly as large as the main building. When all the improvements that the present owner contemplates making are perfected, it will be one of the most beautiful spots in the city.
