—The marriage of C. E. Wales, the far-famed hotel man of Dubuque, and Miss Virginia Lewis, was announced last Sunday. The bride is a daughter of Gen. Warner Lewis, one of Dubuque’s oldest and best known citizens. He was a member of the 1st, 2d and 4th of Iowa’s territorial assemblies.
