A LARGE an enthusiastic meeting was held last night at the City Hall to organize a Tanners Club for the Third Ward - Wm. Rebman, Chairman; and Arch. H. Stuart, Secretary. Already one hundred members are enrolled. An account of pressure of other business, the election of officers was postponed till tonight, 3d inst., at 7 1/2 o'clock P. M., at the City Hall, when a prompt attendance of all who are enrolled is expected, as uniforms are on hand. A few very able remarks made by the chairman, and Gen. Wm. Hyde Clark.
