COURT OF PROBATE
DUBUQUE, CO.

To Maria E. Weigel, widow of said Philip and to Frederick Weigel, Elizabeth Weigel, Phebe Weigel, and Mary Weigel, his children, and to all others interested in said estate:
YOU are hereby notified, that I have presented a Petition to said Court of Probate, praying for license to sell all the rights, title and interest of Caroline Weigel; Sabina Weigel, Philip Weigel; Sophia Weigel, Charles Weigel, and Mary Weigel, infant heirs of Philip Jacob Weigel aforesaid, of whom I am guardian, in and to Lot 21 (twenty-one) , in the City of Dubuque, to enable me to provide for the maintenance and education of my said wards, and that Saturday, February 23, 1850, is the day appointed by said Court for hearing said Petition, where you can appear and show cause, if an you have, why it should not be granted
