NEW POST OFFICE – A new Post Office has been established at St. Joseph’s Prairie, Dubuque County. We are not yet informed of the exact locality of the office, but presume it will be located on the Iowa City road, about eight miles from Dubuque. The establishment of this office will inform our friends in that neighborhood of a good opportunity of becoming a subscriber of the” Miners Express.” Will they do so?
