THE RIVER NEWS

The Lady Pike came down Sunday; took on 700 sacks of oats, left al lot of bran, and started downstream early Monday morning. She had two barges.

The Alexander Mitchell, passed up Sunday and the Red Wing. neither boast left a great deal of freight.
