We regret to announce the departure from us, of Mr. John I. Mullany, who is shortly to remove to Clinton, having formed a partnership with Mr. John McGuire in the practice of law. Mr. Mullany has long been a resident of Dubuque, and has proven himself a good lawyer and estimable citizen, and his many friends will wish him success wherever he goes.
