POLICE MATTERS
Frederick Fellbaum, of the Fifth Ward, brought suit in Justice Hoerner’s court against Fred Messerknecht, of Center Township, of $100 damages for breaking his little boys leg about four weeks ago. It is claimed that while Messerknecht was driving to town he ran over the little four year old fellow and broke his leg. The suit is brought to cover the cost of medical attendance and other expenses. The main witnesses for the plaintiff, were young boys, that they hid themselves so well that constable Meukel could not find them. The case was postponed until next Saturday afternoon.
