NEW BOATS-The new boats in progress of construction by the Northern Line Packet Company, will be finished and ready to commence running by the time of the opening of navigation. One of them, intended for the trade between Rock Island and Fort Madison, will be 210 or 15 feet long, 88 feet broad, and will be, it is thought to be named the Rock Island. The other two are intended for the regular line between St. Louis and St. Paul. One will be 245 feet long, and 88 feet in breadth, and the other 280 feet long and 34 feet broad. The aggregate cost of the three boats will be nearly $200,000.
