Col. P. F. Crawford, pension attorney of Dubuque, has received a letter from Pension Commissioner Evans to the effect that all soldiers who have reached the age of 65 are entitled to a pension of $6 per month, and on reaching the age of 75 years to $12 per month. Of course the applicant must have been honorably discharged and must furnish proof of age.
