Last Will and Testament of the Late
Lettie Ruete Offered for
Probate

There was filed today with the clerk of the District Court the last will and testament of Lettie, wife of T. W. Reute. The instrument was drawn by the deceased and is in own handwriting. She will and bequeath to her husband her stock in the Second National Bank, also her stock in the Dubuque National Bank, except that portion of the latter stock which she inherited from her mother. Her household goods and real estate situated in Dubuque is given to her husband and son, Otto Ruete. The remainder of her property of all kinds and descriptions here and elsewhere is given to her son, Otto M. Ruete and the latter is named executor without bond. The instrument is of recent date and bears the signatures of Mrs. John Olinger and J. L Buettell as witnesses.
