Article of Incorporation With

Articles of incorporation were filed yesterday in the case of C. W. Chapman Lumber Company. The business of the company will be carrying on the general wholesale and retail business of lumber, coal and building materials. The capital stock will be $100,000. The corporation is to run twenty years. A board of directors of not less than three nor more than five and a president, vice president secretary and treasurer who carry on the affairs of the business. The following officers will hold office until the first annual meeting:

President – F. D. Stout
Vice President and Secretary – C. W. Chapman
Treasurer - A. T. Lusch
Director - F. D. Stout, A. T. Lusch and C. W. Chapman
