REAL ESTATE SALES - A farm of 120 acres in Prairie Creek Township, sold by Joseph Sharpe to J. K. Graves for $2000. A farm of 200 acres in Mosalem Township, sold by T. P. Green, of St. Louis, to J. V. & Peter Rider for $2,500. The residence of Platt R. Green, on Fenelon Avenue, sold by Sophia W. & P. R. Green for $5,000. The transfer of real estate during the last three months has been light real estate holders in the city, if he continues purchasing as he has done.
