New Brick Building – We notice that a double brick building is being erected on the corner of Clay and 10th Streets, by E. Miller, intended for tenement houses. The structure will be two stories high, with all the modern improvements, and rent for $25 to $30 per month. The contract has been let to W. Rebman, who is rushing the work forward rapidly, and from appearances will have the first brick building finished this season.
