Sheriff McCann of Dubuque has been doing a successful business during the past ten days in captured horse thieves. He has corralled nine of these gentlemen who earn their living by the sweat of other men's faces. There appears to be an epidemic of horse thieves in Iowa of late. Every day we read of their depredations somewhere.
