The steamer DUBUQUE, landed at this place, Monday afternoon, on her way north. This will be the last DIAMOND JO packet of the season to pass here, as the DUBUQUE will lay up for the season at Dubuque. The SIDNEY will continue in the packet business between Keokuk and St. Louis until the close of navigation.
