Mrs. Anna M. Utt, wife of Hon. John B. Utt, the well known Dubuque lawyer, passed a successful examination before the Supreme Court in Des Moines the other day for admission to the bar of this state. Mrs. Utt is the fifth lady that has been admitted to practice law in this state, and will at once enter upon the practice of law in Dubuque County.
