INVESTIGATE DEATH
OF DUBUQUE WOMAN

Dubuque, July 21 – Police are investigating the death of Mrs. Francis Sherrell, 34, who died at a local hospital at 3 o’clock Wednesday morning under suspicious circumstances. A man named Frank Smith was taken into custody. According to the police, Mrs. Sherrell was involved in a fight with Smith on July 12 and was badly hurt.
