Lawrence Powers fell off a hay mow on his farm in Table Mound Township Tuesday afternoon and alighted head first on the ground 20 feet below. He refused to have a physician that night but in the morning one was summoned in haste. Concussion of the brain apparently resulted from the fall and the result may prove serious. A few years ago Mr. Powers was badly injured in a runaway. He ia an old and well-known farmer and the owner of the building adjoining the Hotel Julien on the north.-Telegraph.
