In the town of Worthington is all stirred up over the clash of personalities between Mayor Dando and N. J. Loes. Loes had “hizzoner” arrested for threatening to cut his (Loes) heart out and feed it to the vultures on the public square. Interne scene hostilities have been declared and the end is not yet.
