A RARE ANIMAL-On New Year’s day Mat. Faber, while hunting on the plantation of J. P. Sauser, shot and killed a white weasel which he brought to this office. The animal is pure white with the exception of a black tip on the end of its tail. It is the first of the kind that has been killed or seen in this section for a great many years. The weasel is now a part of the Pioneer’s Zoo, with thanks to Mr. Faber.
