SOLD OUT-Mr. M. Schunk, who sold out his hotel on the corner of 10th and Clay Streets to Wm. Baule and John Michels, both young men and acquainted with the business. Mr. Schunk has been proprietor of the business for eight years and by his popularity built up a good business.
