The marriage of Miss Rose Beck, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Beck, and Mr. Joseph Meuser, of the firm of Meuser & Seippels, lumbermen of East Dubuque, will be solemnized at St. Mary’s church this morning at 9 o’clock. The ceremony, owing to the prominence and popularity of the principals in German circles, will no doubt be witnessed by a large congregation, and it is understood that elaborate arrangement have been made. After the ceremony the bridal party will be conveyed to the home of the bride’s father on Center Place, where intimidate friends and relatives will be received and where a wedding breakfast will be served. At 1:15 o’clock the bride and groom will depart via the Illinois Central for the World’s Fair, Washington, Niagara Falls and other places, the tour consuming a month.
