After the troths had been plighted the assembled quest partook of a wedding feast, during the course of which best wishes were offered the newly wedded couple. The bride is an estimable young lady of Burnside. She possesses a wealth of womanly graces that fit her admirably for her new position in life. The groom is a well-known physician of Buncombe. He is admired for sterling traits and has a legion of friends. Dr. and Mrs. Peterson departed for the east, where they will pass a month’s honeymoon.
