It was stated that James Coffee, who was arrested Sunday evening for breaking the window of Trenkle’s sausage factory, will sue the city for several thousand dollars damages. He has placed the matter in the hands of his attorney, James Knight, who will file a suit in the District Court in a few days, asking for damages on account of false imprisonment and unjust treatment in the hands of the police.
