EXCURSION PARTY – A select party of our first class citizens have been formed for an excursion to St. Paul on the steamer Clinton which packet arrives on Monday next. Ten staterooms were engaged last Wednesday by telegraph, while the last boat was at St. Louis. The parties consist of the families of J. M. Griffith, J. N. Hill. J. F. Bates, Gen. Booth, John Thompson, Rev. C. S. Seymour, and G. B. Grosvenor. They plan to visit all the places of interest in the vicinity of St. Paul, including the Falls of Minnehaha and White Bear Lake. Won't they have an enjoyable time with this pleasant weather.
