DUBUQUE ACADEMY – Mr. Adams has issued a prospectus of an Academy he proposes to open in the city, on the 4th day of September next. Mr. Adams comes to our city well recommended, and we hope will receive the encouragement his undertaking deserves. For particular we would direct attention to Mr. Adam's circular, which will be delivered at the residence of our citizens, today.
