ACCIDENT – We regret to learn that Thomas Armstrong, of the firm of Phillips & Armstrong, wagon maker on Third Street, met with an accident yesterday, from the effects of which it will take him months to recover. He was in the country procuring timber, and by some unforeseen event had his collar bone broken. We were unable to learn the particulars.
