JOLLY RAFTSMAN – The steamer Muscatine arrived yesterday from St. Louis, bound for St. Paul with About 830 raftsmen aboard. When the boat touched the levee they made a raid on the saloons and stores for supplies, which they paid for and departed in good order. The residents seeing such a crowd of men thought another regiment arrived.
