PORK PACKING – Bracket & Morse has commenced cutting up hogs yesterday, and the establishment is now in full blast, with a large force of operatives employed in all the different branches of pork packings. Tender loins, steaks, spare ribs, feet &c., are sold below costs, and the supply is equal to all demands.
