New Patent – We are glad to see the new patent recently issued at Washington is one adjusting patterns for boots, &c., to Francis E. Augustine of this city. Mr. Augustine is one of the most enterprising boot and shoe dealers, and this compliment to his ingenuity was no doubt well deserved.
