A New Pilot – Mr. Stephen Dolson, who has piloted the Ferry boat across the river for many years with credit to himself and profit for the Ferry Co., has vacated the position for a position up the river and is succeeded by Mr. Orville West, who, we learn, is every way qualified for the position.
