We learn that there is an encampment of gyspies on Eagle Point who are driving bargains with the citizens in the way of trading, hunting and stealing. One of their party, a horrid looking female with black, piercing eyes, is about the city telling fortunes, and asks from one to five dollars a head. She tells the past, present, and future by looking at the hand.
