Miss Anna Connolly, of Holy Cross, and Mr. Michael Hennessey were united in marriage in the Catholic church at Holy Cross on Tuesday morning at 8:30 o’clock. The bride was attired in white batiste and wore a hat to match. She was unattended. Father McCarthy said the marriage service. A wedding reception followed at the home.
Miss Connolly is the daughter of the late John Connolly and is one of the leading young women of her hometown. She is gracious and refined and has ever been a favorite in the social circles in which she moved. The groom is well known in this city and is held in the highest regard.
Mr. and Mrs. Hennessey will reside in this city.
