Brown, Edward.(NY, Apr. 10, 1845 - Cascade, IA, June 14, 1901). Supervisor. Brown came to Iowa in 1856 and Dubuque, Co. in 1870. He became a farmer, township trustee and buyer and seller of stock for twenty years in Prairie Creek Township. Elected to the Dubuque Co. Board of Supervisors, Brown served from January 1, 1896, until his death six months before the end of his second term.
