Thank you, Mike, for your quick reply, but do you actually believe the Death Index? The obit I found on Agnes, states she died, January 3, 1987 and according to the "Milford Centenial Book", Nate died in January 1980, but after looking through obits from the first of December, 1979 to the first of February 1980, I couldn't come up with one for him, that's why I was in hopes someone had access to the Records at the County courthouse. I get all my info from the Clay Co. Recorder's office. I can't find where the Death Index gets their info, but more times it's wrong than right.
