George N. Taber died Sunday afternoon at his home in Lakevllle. He had been quite poorly for some time and his death had been looked for. He had lived in this community for many years, coming from Ohio, to Iowa. He left one son Charles, and three daughters Miss Abbie, Miss Edna, and Mrs. John Davies of Bronson, Iowa. The funeral services were held Tuesday and burial was made beside his wife [in the Milford Cemetery] who died about three years ago.
