Mrs. Dora E. McColloch, 74, Route 3, was dead on arrival at Memorial hospital, Tuesday, at 12:30 p.m. Dr. J. P. Stoikovic, deputy medical examiner, said Mrs. McColloch died at home about 7:10 p.m. Monday, January 18, of an apparent heart attack.
She was born June 5, 1896, at Pleasant Grove, the daughter of Henry and Anna Shepard Poggemiller, and married Albert McColloch, December 22, 1915, in Burlington. He died May 31, 1930.
Mrs. McColloch belonged to the First Methodist church.
Surviving: Three daughters, Mrs. Floyd Miller, Mt. Union, Mrs. Kenneth Johnson and Mrs. Doris Hellenthal, both of Burlington; two sons, Albert, Salem Oregon, and Dale L., Phoenix, Arizona; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Nellie Johnson, Danville, and Mrs. Walter Appel, St. Petersburg, Florida; four brothers, Elmer, Albert and Roy Poggemiller, all of Burlington, and Glenn Pogemiller, Wapello.
Funeral: Friday, 2 p.m. Prugh's chapel; Dr. G Dempster Yinger; Aspen Grove cemetery.
