Three Drowned at Burlington

At fishing party at Otter Dam, above Burlington, Joseph Nolte, Arthur Walter and his sister, aged 14, and Miss Tillie Hein were in small boat fishing. Miss Hein attempted to change seats when the boat was overturned and all but the Walter girl was drowned. The bodies of Nolte and Walter were recovered.
