Martha E. Walker, 94. died at Burlington Care Center Friday, June 22, where she made her home.

She was born January 25, 1890, in Des Moines county, the daughter of David H. and Talitha Thompson Mehaffy.

She married George Walker January 2, 1907, at Mediapolis. She was a homemaker.

Surviving: Five daughters, Flossie Mustard, South Carolina, Frances Davis, Zelma Van Etten, Ruth Ashby and LeVeta Burch, all of Burlington; four sons, Delmer, Harvey, Leaford and Warren Walker, all of Burlington: one brother, Robert Mehaffy, Danville; two sisters, Thrysie Atherton, Maryland, Jeanny Hocke, Cedar Rapids; 27 grandchildren; 57 great-grandchildren; and 20 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday, Chapel at Burlington Funeral Home on Maple Street; Memorial Park Cemetery.

Services for Martha K. Walker, who died June 22, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Burlington Funeral Home on Maple Street. Interment will be. in Memorial Park Cemetery.
