Bertha Mae Hazen, 90, Autumn Heights, died at 7:41 p.m., Wednesday,Feb. 26, 1992, at Burlington Medical Center.

She was born April 12, 1901, in Petersburg, Ind. She married Roy E. Hazen, March 17, 1962 in Stronghurst, Ill. He died March 26,1966.

She did house work and restaurant work and was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church.

Survivors include five sons, William Steele, Kenneth Steele, and Charles Steele, all of Burlington, Wesley Steele of Shawnee, Fla.,and Bobbie Steele, of Aurora, Ill.; one daughter, Frances Hagemeyer, of Terre Haute, Ind.; and several grandchildren.

The body has been cremated. There will be no service.

Burial will be at a later date in Memorial Park Cemetery.
