Burlington, IowaRaymond Frederick Distelhorst, 56, Mason City, died there at 10 p.m. Monday [August 5, 1968] after a long illness. He was a native of Burlington.
A salesman and former employee of the IAAP, Mr. Distelhorst was born Sept. 3, 1911, son of Frederick and Mazie Eklund Distelhorst.
Surviving: Son David Frederick Distelhorst, Marysville, Ohio; his mother, Mrs. Mazie Distelhorst, Burlington; sisters Mrs. Wilbur Hobbs, West Burlington, Mrs. Kenneth McCormick, Burlington; two granddaughters; a grandmother, Mrs. Sophie Eklund, Burlington.
Services: Thursday, 2 p.m.; Prughs chapel, Rev. Luther R. Livingston; Aspen Grove cemetery [Burlington IA].
