MRS. HENRY WELCH DIES IN BURLINGTON HOSPITAL

Yarmouth (IA), June 30. -- Mrs. Henry Welch. forty-six, of Yarmouth, Iowa, died in the Burlington hospital early yesterday morning. She was a native of England and came to Washington county with her parents when nine years old.

Mrs. Welch was an active member of the Yarmouth Methodist church and belonged to its Ladies' Aid society. She also belonged to the Washington Township Ladies' club.

She is survived by her husband and two children, Lloyd Welch and Mrs. Melvin Talbot of Yarmouth. She also leaves three brothers and four sisters, who are as follows: Joseph Gilleard of Mt. Union, William Gilleard of New London, George Gilleard of Yarmouth, Mrs. Melvin Hall of Mt. Union, Mrs. C. A. Barter of Burlington, Mrs. B. A. Pogemiller of Salem, and Mrs. N. Campbell of Yarmouth. One grandchild also survives.

Funeral services will be held from the Yarmouth Methodist church Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, and interment will be in the Trinity cemetery.
