Thomas G. White, 38, Rural Mediapolis, died Friday, Nov. 10, 1989, in rural Burlington.

Born Sept. 1, 1951, in Burlington, he was the son of Carson and Elaine Phipps White. He married Tammy Salisbury May 27, 1982, in Burlington.

He was a salesman and was a member of the West Avenue Baptist Church. He served on the West Avenue Baptist Christian School school board, was a Sunday school teacher and a Bible study teacher. He was a member of the Burlington/West Burlington Chamber of Commerce. He served in the U.S. Air Force.

Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Anne, 5, and Jessica, 3, both at home; two sisters, Judy Payne and Sherry White, both of Burlington; one brother, Jim White, Burlington; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at Lunning Chapel.

The service for Mr. White will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Lunning Chapel with the Rev. Gordon Simms officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.

A memorials has been established for West Avenue Baptist Christian School.
